The HR Intern will assist in managing HR data, generating reports, and performing data analysis using Excel. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of HR principles and a solid grasp of Excel, including functions, formulas, and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Management: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Use Excel to generate reports on key HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, recruitment data, and employee demographics.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data cleaning, filtering, and sorting to prepare data for analysis and reporting.
  • Pivot Tables & Charts: Create pivot tables and charts to visualize HR data and assist in presenting insights to the HR team.
  • Support Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with tracking applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining onboarding checklists.
  • Assisting with Payroll Data Preparation: Compile and verify timesheets, leaves, and other payroll-related data.
  • Additional HR Tasks: Support other HR functions such as employee engagement activities, document preparation, and compliance checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills: Familiarity with functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements), pivot tables, data validation, and basic charting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in HR and data-driven decision-making.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies.
  • Experience with other office software like Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.

Job Location: Gurugram, WFO & 6 days week

Duration: 3 months
