Job Overview:

Looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Partner - Sr. Sales Manager / Director โ€“ B2Cย withย 10+ย years of relevant B2C Salesย experienceย in premium programsย to join our growing team. You will be responsible vis-a-vis sales ofย Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP)ย @ย https://dolphintank.in/SEPย for generating leads, managing pre-sales activities, converting leads into sales, maintaining post-sales engagement with customers and Team Management. This is a full-time role andย requires an ambitious, adaptive, and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, who can develop trust with the customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads

Pre-Sales:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pre-sales materials
  • Outbound calling
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, query resolution sessions to showcase the value of our offerings
  • Ensure enhanced customer experience and improved customer relationship

Conversion:

  • Conduct customer interviews to understand their suitability
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into customers
  • Close sales deals effectively

Post-Sales Engagement:

  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to the customer success team
  • Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Team Management:

  • Leading and managing the marketing team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff members
  • Delegating tasks, setting performance targets, and providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant B2C sales in premium programs
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ambitious, Adaptive, Proactive


๏ปฟCOMPENSATION & ๏ปฟBENEFITS๏ปฟ:

Compensation:

  • As per market standards. Deferred equity compensation during probation/evaluation period (6 months). Thereafter as ๏ปฟfixed pay compensation structure.
  • 3% to 5% incentives of realised business value for Business & Funding raised for Company as per the applicable limited-period incentive scheme:
    ๏ปฟ๏ปฟIllustrations.
    For clarity only:
    a) For a B2C ticket size of โ‚น18,00,000, the Partner shall earn โ‚น54,000 as incentive at 3%.
    ๏ปฟb) ๏ปฟ๏ปฟFor 2 B2C ticket sizes of โ‚น18,00,000, the Partner shall earn โ‚น1,80,000 as incentive at 5%.
  • As part of the engagement and to support the Partner's transition into a Leader>>Co-Founder, the company shall provide complimentary access to Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP)๏ปฟ worth INR 18 Lakhs๏ปฟ at no additional cost.๏ปฟ
