As the Senior Strategic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term direction and success of our organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth, profitability, and organizational excellence.  Key Responsibilities:  Strategic Planning and Development:  Lead the development of the organization's strategic plan, working closely with executive leadership to define vision, mission, and strategic priorities.  Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and risks.  Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, setting clear goals, strategies, and performance metrics to measure progress and success.  Strategic Project Leadership:  Oversee the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams.  Ensure alignment of project activities with overall strategic objectives and priorities, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or barriers to success.  Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving organizational change and transformation to support strategic goals.  Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, partners, and industry experts.  Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input, share insights, and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives and decisions.  Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic counsel and recommendations based on analysis and industry best practices.  Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:  Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals and objectives.  Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.  Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership, presenting findings and insights to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.  Strategic Partnerships and M&A Opportunities:  Evaluate potential strategic partnerships, alliances, and M&A opportunities to support business growth and expansion.  Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessment to assess the viability and alignment of potential partnerships or acquisitions with strategic objectives.  Negotiate and execute agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.  Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.  7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.  Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.  Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to think creatively and critically about complex issues.  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.  Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.  Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.Â
