Job Overview:
As a Service Desk Trainee, you will gain structured training on IT support operations. You will assist in providing first-level technical support to users, managing hardware, software, and network-related issues, while learning to solve common IT challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help with setting up workstations, laptops, and other peripherals.
- Assist in monitoring and managing basic network operations.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the service desk system and ensure user satisfaction with timely responses.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and common software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical problem-solving abilities.
- A degree In progress in computer science, IT, or a related field.
