KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies, and facilitating resolutions to workplace issues.
- Talent Management: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and managing onboarding activities for new hires.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process by tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and assisting managers with performance-related questions.
- HR Programs Implementation: Help execute HR initiatives and programs, such as training and development, employee engagement activities, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Data Management: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in generating HR metrics and reports to provide insights into workforce trends and support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
