A confident candidate who will be the face of the company and take care of the customer support and operational activities of the company. They should have managerial experience, understand ins and outs of the product, company and space Company works in to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions. The candidate should have experience of working in a B2C startup

They are someone who are currently living in Bangalore or are willing to relocate later and can start immediately or have 30 days notice period.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Understand the ins and outs of the product, company and space Fello works in to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions.

Be responsible for providing support across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, chat, email and phone.

Contribute in product development and fixes by reporting issues and suggestions shared by the customers. 

Provide prompt and fast resolution and make sure that the solution is given in time.

Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. 

Maintain and update customer documentation as needed.

 

Mandatory Requirements: 

1-3 years of experience in customer support in a startup environment.

Experience in managing and handling financial operations of the company along with relevant finance heads.

Experience in handling support across chat, social media, email and phone


Preferred Requirements: 

Process and track customer claims to ensure claims are resolved timely.

Familiarity with CRM tools and systems 

 

Qualities 

Outstanding multitasking abilities and experience in any finance sector.

Extraordinary energy, highly motivated and ability to work in a high octane startup environment.

Amazing communication skills with the ability to communicate in English and Hindi.


Eligibility Criteria

1-3 years of experience in customer support in a startup environment.

Experience in handling support across chat, social media, email and phone. 

Should have Managerial experience.
