Job Overview:
Looking for a confident, passionate, and empathetic person to be the first point of contact for their employees and handle internal requests. They are Graduates and/or MBA with specialization in HR and 4+ years experience in end-to-end HR role. Someone who is proactive, naturally approachable, and a team player, with strong administrative, organizational, coaching and communication skills. They should have knowledge of HR-related laws, software, and industry best practices.
They can start immediately or have 30 days of notice period.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues developing adequate induction and training
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Coordinate all new hire onboarding activities, carry out all required tasks necessary to onboard new employees and consultants
- Support staff with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, leaves, misconduct, and any problem resolution
- Maintain/update HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance laws, and policies provide organizational change information for charts and presentations
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent communication and management skills working with all departments and levels of an organization
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MSOffice
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with HR and payroll management tools a plus
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of HR laws
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Qualities:
- Empathetic
- Extreme attention to detail
- Integrity when dealing with sensitive & confidential information
- Organized and should have excellent managerial skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree/specialisation in HR
- Experience in HR related laws
