KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical Support and Engagement: Act as a primary technical point of contact for community members, providing support, answering questions, and facilitating discussions
  • Content Creation: Develop and share technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and documentation to educate and engage the community
  • Community Growth: Build and foster relationships within the community by engaging with developers, responding to feedback, and identifying key influencers
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in online and in-person events, webinars, hackathons, and community meetups to drive awareness and engagement
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze community feedback to provide insights to product and engineering teams, helping to shape future product developments
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for community-driven initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineering, developer relations) or community management in a technology environment
  • Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in software development, scripting, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with developer forums, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other community platforms
