Job Overview: 

As a Service Desk Intern, you will assist in providing technical support to end users within the organization. This position will offer exposure to IT service desk operations, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving, allowing you to learn and develop foundational IT skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in handling IT support tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues. 
  • Learn to troubleshoot basic computer problems under supervision. 
  • Support in maintaining the knowledge base by documenting solutions to frequent issues. 
  • Help escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized teams. ⢠Provide remote and on-site support to end users for routine technical problems.

Requirements: 

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications. 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new technologies. 
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to IT, computer science, or a relevant field.
