Job Overview:
As a Service Desk Intern, you will assist in providing technical support to end users within the organization. This position will offer exposure to IT service desk operations, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving, allowing you to learn and develop foundational IT skills.

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to IT, computer science, or a relevant field.
