Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, employment history, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Benefits Administration: Assisting employees with benefits enrollment, answering benefit-related questions, and coordinating with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time. Training and Development: Coordinating training sessions or workshops for employees, tracking training completion, and assisting in the development of training materials or programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Policy Implementation and Compliance: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and addressing any compliance issues as they arise. Employee Relations: Providing support to employees on various HR-related matters, addressing employee concerns or grievances, and facilitating communication between employees and management. HR Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee demographics, and analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. HR Projects and Initiatives: Assisting HR managers with special projects or initiatives such as performance management programs, employee engagement surveys, or diversity and inclusion efforts.
