Jr. Cloud Computing Engineer

As a Junior Cloud Computing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will work closely with senior engineers to deploy and optimize cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and assist in the development of automation tools and scripts. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Provision and configure virtual machines, storage, networking, and other cloud services according to project requirements and best practices
• Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and availability, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement cloud-based architectures that meet business objectives
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline provisioning, configuration, and management tasks using infrastructure as code (IaC) principles
• Assist in the implementation of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing and training activities

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud computing roles
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services, such as virtualization, storage, networking, and computing
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
