Jr. Blockchain (Web3) Engineer

As a Junior Blockchain Web3 Engineer, you will play a vital role in the development, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge blockchain applications and protocols. You will work closely with experienced engineers to build robust smart contracts, integrate decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, and implement scalable solutions on various blockchain networks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact in the rapidly evolving Web3 ecosystem.    Key Responsibilities:  Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Polkadot  Implement and optimize front-end interfaces for dApps using Web3.js, React.js, or similar frameworks  Integrate decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, liquidity pools, and oracles to enhance the functionality and interoperability of blockchain applications  Conduct thorough testing and debugging of smart contracts and dApps to ensure security, efficiency, and reliability  Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and standards to inform technical decisions and innovation strategies  Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and onboarding of team members  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and blockchain developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and user needs    Mandatory Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field  1-2 years of professional experience in blockchain development.
