The Community Associate will support and engage with community members across various online platforms, providing excellent service, fostering positive interactions, and helping grow the community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Community Engagement: Interact with community members on social media, forums, and other platforms to answer questions, resolve issues, and encourage positive conversations
- Member Support: Provide timely and friendly responses to member inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering trust in our community
- Content Curation: Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling posts that are engaging, relevant, and aligned with the brand voice
- Event Support: Help organize and execute community events, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and virtual meetups to boost engagement and community interaction
- Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze member feedback, identifying common issues and themes to report to the team for continuous improvement
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align on community goals and support wider brand initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience in community management, social media, or customer support, preferably in a digital or customer-facing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
