Job Overview:

The HR Content Curator will be responsible for researching, creating, and curating engaging content related to HR practices, employee development, and workplace culture. This role requires a blend of strong writing skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences to promote our initiatives and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation: Develop high-quality written and visual content for various HR initiatives, including training programs, employee engagement, policies, and best practices.

Research and Curation: Identify and curate relevant content from external sources, industry publications, and thought leaders to provide employees with valuable insights and resources.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to align content with organizational goals and communicate important updates and initiatives.

Content Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of HR content, ensuring accessibility and relevance for employees.

Engagement Strategies: Design and implement strategies to promote HR content through internal channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, social media) to increase employee engagement and awareness.

Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from employees on content effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve the quality and relevance of HR resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in HR, content creation, or communications, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong understanding of HR practices, employee engagement, and workplace culture.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., social media, newsletters).
