The HR Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and requests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters, providing timely and accurate information.
- Issue Resolution: Assist employees in resolving HR-related issues by investigating concerns, providing solutions, and escalating matters as necessary.
- Policy Guidance: Educate employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and inquiries, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaboration with HR Teams: Work closely with HR colleagues to streamline processes, share insights, and support HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees on HR-related topics, such as benefits enrollment, performance management, and employee rights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a service-oriented position.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
