Job Overview:

As a Freelancer - HR Recruiter, you should be able to collaborate with the managers on a regular basis and be able to attract candidates for available roles using various sources, like social media networks, job portals, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring needs of clients for various technical positions
  • Advertise, screen and shortlist resumes
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, and candidate relationships and perform data analysis
  • Regular Reporting
  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Good spoken English
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs
  • Work effectively both independently and as a team
  • Good understanding of HR terms and policies
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Prior experience in recruitment and working knowledge of ATS will be an advantage

Desired Requirements

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate or PGD in HR Management
  • Knowledge/experience of E2E recruitment cycle
  • Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
