Job Overview:
As a Freelancer - HR Recruiter, you should be able to collaborate with the managers on a regular basis and be able to attract candidates for available roles using various sources, like social media networks, job portals, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring needs of clients for various technical positions
- Advertise, screen and shortlist resumes
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
- Maintain a database of candidate records, and candidate relationships and perform data analysis
- Regular Reporting
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
Mandatory Requirements:
- Good spoken English
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs
- Work effectively both independently and as a team
- Good understanding of HR terms and policies
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Prior experience in recruitment and working knowledge of ATS will be an advantage
Desired Requirements
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate or PGD in HR Management
- Knowledge/experience of E2E recruitment cycle
- Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
