Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our organization's systems and data by proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving security threats and vulnerabilities.   Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data Conduct regular security assessments and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and assess the effectiveness of existing security measures Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner Investigate security breaches and incidents, and develop mitigation strategies to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the development lifecycle of applications and infrastructure Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, technologies, and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement Provide guidance and support to junior members of the security team Participate in security audits and compliance assessments, and assist in remediation efforts as needed Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity matters, providing advice and recommendations to senior management   Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on security engineering and operations Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques, and penetration testing methodologies Familiarity with regulatory requirements and frameworks, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, etc   Preferred Requirements: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, etc   Qualities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to teamwork and continuous learning   Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Exposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies and industry best practices Dynamic and collaborative work environment Potential for certification and training opportunities in cyber security     Location:  Onsite, Remote, HybridÂ
