Role Description:
As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for all HR functions viz., overall TA process, compensation and benefits, employee grievances, L&D programs, compliance, payroll, succession planning, HR audit, performance reviews, employee engagement etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the talent strategy for the organisation.
- Manage the overall talent acquisition process-Campus as well as lateral, collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for vacant positions, interviewing, hiring and leading orientation and employee onboarding activities.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits-accordingly and propose base and incentive programs to ensure we attract and retain talent.
- Provide support and guidance to employees when complex and sensitive issues arise.
- Create learning and development programs that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Supervise payroll and check monthly variance and ensure all compliances are duly followed.
- Handling employee grievances and counselling.
- Managing company image on social media ensuring we are branding even in the recruitment process, and employee onboarding.
- Helping leadership in drawing out succession plans.
- Conducting regular Audits of HR processes and databases with the help of an external agency.
- Preparing efficiency metrics for the HR department.
- Conducting mid-year reviews and year-end appraisals across departments.
- Keeping databases for employees, vendors, insurance, trainings and appraisals.
- Conducting employee engagement activities regularly.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5 - 9 years of Human Resource Management work experience
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Job Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai WFO 6 days/week
