Job Overview:
As a Junior Strategic Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving organizational growth and competitiveness. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Manager or Director of Strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Analyze internal data and performance metrics to assess strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Strategic Planning:
- Assist in the development of strategic plans, including setting goals, defining strategies, and prioritizing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by developing action plans, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets to assess progress towards strategic goals.
- Analyze data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and course corrections as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather input, share findings, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Build relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay informed about market trends and best practices.
- Presentation and Reporting:
- Prepare clear and concise presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate strategic plans, progress updates, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations in meetings and facilitate discussions to drive consensus and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data from various sources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
