Job Overview:
The Junior Creative Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the creation of engaging video and digital content for social media, websites, and campaigns. This role is perfect for a creative self-starter with an eye for design, a passion for video production, and a knack for storytelling. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce content that resonates with our audience and aligns with brand goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Creation: Assist in producing and editing short-form and long-form video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Video Editing: Edit video footage, including adding text overlays, transitions, and basic motion graphics, to create polished, engaging videos.
- Graphic Design Support: Create basic graphics and visuals for videos and other content as needed.
- Storyboarding & Concept Development: Work with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with brand voice and objectives.
- Social Media Content: Generate ideas and produce short, engaging social media content, like Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok videos.
- File Management: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring efficient workflow and accessibility for the team.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with trends in video content, digital media, and social media to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in video editing and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
