Job Overview:
Looking for confident, passionate, and energetic Freshers who will start as Marketing & Sales Interns for the first 3 months, progress to Marketing & Sales Trainees for next 6 months and then transition into a full-time Marketing & Sales Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to build a strong foundation in Marketing & Sales and develop into a complete Marketing & Sales professional.
They must be able to create, develop, maintain and optimise the company's online presence by creating relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing
- Understand the company's Programs and Services and assist the team by raising awareness through various social media platforms
- Create digital marketing implementation schedules, strategies, content, and other deliverables for a variety of media platforms
- Email marketing campaigns - Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Launching and leading marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Design, build and maintain the company's social media presence
- Design and promote effective advertising campaigns, conduct research on market trends, and drive engagements to generate leads
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
- Exploring and working with different digital marketing tools
2. Lead Generation & Market Development
- Research and identify potential partner companies across industries
- Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Generate qualified leads and set up discovery meetings for the Reporting Manager/Leadership Team
3. On-Ground Business Development
- Conduct on-site meetings and visits to potential client offices or partner events
- Fix and coordinate local meetings for the Reporting Manager/Leadership team
- Identify local networking or business events for client prospecting
4. B2C Sales
- Assist in lead generation, outreach, and conversions for B2C programs
- Support local roadshows, expos, and community events that attract student or professional participation
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Social Media & Marketing
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Good at Designing and copywriting
- Up-to-date with social media trends
- Hands on over any social media management tools
- Email marketing & Google Analytics
- Good understand of SEO and its implementation
- Familiarity with platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
Desired Requirements:
Good understanding of general marketing & Sales principle would be advantageous
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma and Graduate in marketing, communication, or related field
- Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Prior internship experience in Marketing & Sales is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong passion for working in a socially-driven organisation
- Working laptop and stable internet connection (mandatory)
