Job Overview:

Looking for proactive and enthusiastic HR Freshers who will start as HR Interns for the first 3 months, progress to HR Trainees for next 6 months and then transition into a full-time HR Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to build a strong foundation in HR and develop into a complete HR professional.

They will assist in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, HR operations, and employee engagement while learning end-to-end HR processes in our fast-growing organisation with the vision of social empowerment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate Relations:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Assist in employee onboarding
  • Handle and resolve candidate queries

College Relations:

  • Assist in intern hiring through Colleges
  • Assist in the Industry Academia Collaborations

Partner Relations:

Maintaining relations with new and existing partners

Operations:

  • Promote Cloud Counselage's reputation as a great place to work
  • Enhance Employee Advocacy
  • Assist in the planning of Company Events
  • Assist in maintaining internal HR systems and databases
  • Research on HR-related tools and tasks assigned by the supervisor

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
  • Prior internship experience in HR is a plus
