Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who will start as Interns for the first 3 months, progress to Trainees for next 6 months and then transition into a full-time Executives. They will support the marketing team in developing engaging video and visual content for digital marketing campaigns. The role requires creating marketing-oriented content using modern editing tools and AI-based content creation platforms.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to create content aligned with campaign goals and brand messaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create engaging video and image content for marketing campaigns.

• Develop social media creatives, short videos, reels, and promotional visuals.

• Use AI tools and editing software to generate and enhance content.

• Work with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver content accordingly.

• Ensure timely delivery of marketing creatives and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

• Coordinate with team members for content planning and campaign execution.

• Experiment with new formats, trends, and creative ideas to improve engagement.

• Create marketing-focused content using AI tools or editing software based on campaign requirements.

• Understand basic marketing objectives and create content that improves engagement and campaign performance.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools (such as Canva, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).

• Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools for video or image generation.

• Ability to create marketing-focused content rather than generic content.

• Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with new ideas.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Basic understanding of social media content formats and trends.

• Candidates should share 2–3 sample works (videos, reels, or social media creatives) or a portfolio showcasing their creative content.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field. Fresher with 0–1 year of experience in content creation.

• Prior internship/experience experience in content creation is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of video editing or creative design tools.

• Ability to communicate in Hindi or English.

• Working laptop and stable internet connection (mandatory).

• Strong passion for working in a socially-driven organization.

• Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a small creative task as part of the selection process.
