Shift Hours: 5:20 AM 1:50 PM (Monday-Friday, occasional overtime or weekend work when required)

The Role: Straight Talk

We need a no-bullshit, early-rising, results-obsessed 1st Shift Supervisor who can hit the floor at 5:20 AM, ready to own the entire day's production. You set the tone for the whole plant. If 1st shift misses numbers or ships junk, the rest of the day is screwed. That will not happen on your watch.

You'll be expected to:

• Start the day at 100 mph and never let up until the last part is out the door
• Run a disciplined, high-speed shift that hits daily output and 100% quality, every single day
• Hold operators accountable with zero tolerance for repeated errors, drama, or laziness
• Attack problems on the spot; no, "I'll get to it later."
• Keep materials stocked and waste obliterated
• Hand off a clean, organized, fully-running line to 2nd shift
• Give management blunt, no-fluff updates, tell us what's broken and who's fixing it

You MUST bring:

• 5+ years of manufacturing floor experience, with at least 2 years of directly supervising production teams
• Proven track record of running a tight, high-output shift
• Wake-up-and-dominate personality, you're sharp and intense at 5 AM
• Direct, no-games communication style; you say it once, and it sticks
• Thick skin and the ability to make hard calls fast
• Firm grasp of lean tools, safety rules, and ERP/MRP systems
• Medical device experience is a big plus
• Rock-solid reliability. If you're late, the whole plant feels it
