Clear is looking for a Fixed-Term Service Administrator to work with our client an Australia-based labour-hire firm for a minimum of 3 months. Our client helps companies in the logistics, food manufacturing, civil construction, and landscaping industries with managed labour and staffing solutions.
Role and Opportunity
Your new role is to provide administrative support to the onsite teams. The role requires efficient and sensitive management of communication with internal staff and candidates.
Purpose
Our client is a specialist labour hire company offering highly flexible short and long-term workforce management solutions to businesses.
As a Service Administrator, you will:
- Work directly with the onsite teams and the Recruitment Consultants to ensure accurate candidates and job orders details are entered into the system
- Entering job orders and referred staff data into the database
- Onboarding of referred staff and their required documents
- Assist Consultants in the background checking of candidates/applicants
- Conducting visa checks through the system
- Database management
- Job placements
- Sending placement details through email and SMS
- Chase up missing information from employment packs (email & SMS) and verify contact details of current employees (email & SMS)
- Update comments on candidates' files regarding their attendance and issues encountered during their shift
- Provide other administrative support to Recruitment Consultants as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Willing to work on a fixed term status (3 to 4 months contract)
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient with MS Office applications, Outlook, MS Teams, Word, and Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of VoIP phone systems
- Fit to work status upon completion of the pre-employment medical exam with drug test, and a valid NBI Clearance
Advantageous (Optional)
- Experience in handling Australian accounts
- Has a clear neutral accent
