Referral Terms and Conditions for Cleanr Partnership Program:

1. Eligibility: The Cleanr Partnership Program allows individuals to refer potential candidates to join Cleanr as subcontractors under a mutually beneficial partnership. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Referral Process: To refer a candidate, you must submit their information through the Cleanr Partnership Program portal on the Cleanr website. The candidate must be aware of and consent to being referred.

3. Referral Rewards: If your referred candidate successfully completes the onboarding process and enters into a partnership agreement with Cleanr, you may be eligible for referral rewards. The specific rewards will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and Cleanr.

4. Reward Eligibility: To be eligible for a referral reward, the candidate you refer must meet Cleanr's partnership criteria, pass the required background checks, and successfully complete the onboarding process. The final decision on eligibility will be at Cleanr's discretion.

5. Reward Distribution: Referral rewards will be distributed according to the terms agreed upon in the separate agreement between you and Cleanr. The distribution method and timing will be communicated to you directly.

6. Limitations: Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to refer the same candidate. Cleanr reserves the right to disqualify any referral or revoke rewards if fraudulent activity or violation of these terms is detected.

7. Partnership Status: The referral program does not guarantee immediate or automatic partnership between Cleanr and the referred candidate. Partnership decisions will be made based on Cleanr's evaluation of the candidate's qualifications, availability, and suitability for partnership.

8. Modifications and Termination: Cleanr reserves the right to modify or terminate the Cleanr Partnership Program or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any modifications or terminations will not affect the referral rewards earned prior to the modification or termination.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection: By participating in the Cleanr Partnership Program, you agree to handle any confidential information or personal data in accordance with Cleanr's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. General Terms: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Cleanr regarding the Cleanr Partnership Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Cleanr operates.
