If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, it shall be submitted to the competent court of the jurisdiction where Cleanr operates.

2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cleanr, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claim, suit, action, or loss arising from or related to any false information provided during the application process or breach of these terms and conditions.

3. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will Cleanr be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with your application for employment.
