Position Title: Pre Press Graphic Designer

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pre Press Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced and creative production team. This role blends creativity with technical proficiency, focused on preparing and assembling print-ready files that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Ideal candidates will have experience in the print production process, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and assemble final files for printing or plate production following precise technical specifications

• Review, modify, or enhance client-submitted artwork to ensure compliance with print standards

• Preflight files to identify and correct technical errors using software and visual checks

• Apply brand and style guidelines across client projects with consistency

• Edit text, images, and layout elements while maintaining original design intent

• Maintain organized and clean digital files to ensure smooth transitions across team members

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to solve creative and technical issues

• Quickly interpret instructions, learn new processes, and apply them effectively in production

• Consistently meet or exceed production deadlines without compromising quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat

• Experience with Pitstop and imposition software is a plus

• Comfortable working on Apple computers

• Strong understanding of file types, color spaces, and print specifications

• High attention to detail with a natural ability to identify and correct errors

• Strong organizational, learning, and memory recall abilities

• Effective time estimation and self-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and client interactions

• Strong spelling, grammar, and basic math skills (e.g., converting inches to decimals)
