Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to manage high-volume sourcing, prescreening, and onboarding in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. This role is responsible for keeping the recruiting pipeline moving efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and a positive candidate experience.
What You’ll Do:
Manage Indeed job postings, candidate searches, messaging, and applicant review
Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and nurses
Maintain an organized sourcing pipeline across ATS and tracking tools
Conduct high-volume prescreen calls using structured scripts
Evaluate candidate qualifications quickly and accurately
Document results and schedule interviews for qualified applicants
Professionally disengage from unqualified candidates
Guide candidates through onboarding systems (Workbright, DISA, Relias, ABS)
Track completion of background checks, documentation, and training
Follow up consistently to reduce drop-off and improve time-to-hire
Maintain accurate records in ATS and Excel trackers
Monitor daily and weekly recruiting metrics
Identify pipeline issues and escalate as needed
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
Advanced experience using Indeed for sourcing and applicant management
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to manage high call volumes and multiple systems
Healthcare, home care, or senior care recruiting experience
Familiarity with Workbright, Relias, ABS, or DISA
Bilingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus
Assertive, efficient, and results-driven
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in structured, metric-driven environments
Able to balance rapport-building with speed and compliance
