Position Title: Production Artist

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Production Artist is responsible for executing high-quality visual assets while ensuring strict adherence to client branding standards and design objectives. This role supports both print and digital projects, including e-blasts and website content, while collaborating closely with Business Development and Web Development teams to deliver engaging and accurate creative outputs.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and follow client branding guidelines and design requirements

• Perform image editing tasks such as scaling, cropping, retouching, and repositioning

• Prepare print-ready files using prepress processes

• Develop and edit content for web and promotional materials

• Create e-blasts using basic HTML and email marketing principles

• Design website layouts and assist with updates using HTML and CSS

• Produce and manage photography for web and print projects

• Organize and maintain project files for easy access and archiving

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or production art

• Basic knowledge of print production, web development, and copywriting

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

  • Adobe Photoshop – Image editing, retouching, scaling, cropping, and manipulation

  • Adobe Illustrator – Vector artwork creation and editing

  • Adobe InDesign – Layout design for printed materials and publications

  • Adobe Creative Cloud – Overall design suite used for graphic production

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS

• Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color, composition)

• Advanced image editing and vector design skills

• Excellent organization and time management abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
