Quick Rundown:
We’re looking for an AI Strategist who can bridge marketing, automation, and product systems to help us build practical AI tools that improve campaigns, operations, and client experiences. This role is part strategist, part builder, ideal for someone who understands APIs, AI models, automations, and how to turn emerging AI capabilities into real marketing and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Design and implement AI-powered workflows across marketing, CRM, website, and backend systems
Build and manage AI agents for internal operations and client-facing experiences
Integrate HubSpot with websites, forms, automations, and backend systems
Develop AI-assisted search, research, and recommendation workflows
Connect backend/client data to AI systems that generate insights and recommendations
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI systems and workflows
Stay current on AI tools, APIs, and emerging technologies and recommend practical applications
Build and manage API integrations between platforms, CRMs, websites, and AI tools
Create AI agents and conversational workflows
Work with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and HubSpot
Execute AI strategy across marketing operations and customer experience
Translate business needs into scalable AI workflows and automations
Document systems, processes, and implementation plans
Take ownership of projects from concept to execution
What We’re Looking For:
Technical & Strategic Skills
Experience working with AI APIs and LLM platforms
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, automations, and system integrations
Experience integrating HubSpot with websites and external systems
Familiarity with AI agents, search systems, and AI workflow design
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities
Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Personality & Work Style
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and moving projects forward without constant oversight
Curious, adaptable, and eager to experiment with new AI technologies
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute practically
Able to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Nice to Have
Experience with Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or backend systems
Experience building recommendation engines or personalized AI experiences
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG systems
Marketing agency or SaaS experience
Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
