Quick Rundown:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success across the Franchise Office. This role drives talent acquisition through strategic workforce planning, traditional and creative sourcing methods, and strong partnership with leadership and hiring managers. In addition to full-cycle recruitment, the Senior Recruiter plays a key role in staff onboarding and integration, ensuring new hires transition smoothly from offer acceptance through their early stages of employment. This position is critical in maintaining high-quality hiring standards, compliance, and a positive candidate and employee experience particularly within a healthcare-focused environment

What You’ll Do:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, application review, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring completion.

  • Develop and execute local recruiting strategies in partnership with the Branch Manager, Franchise Owners, and office leadership.

  • Source candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative methods such as job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates, guidance, and market insights throughout the hiring process.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare-related hiring requirements.

Onboarding & Staff Integration

  • Lead the onboarding process for newly hired staff, ensuring all employment documentation, background checks, compliance requirements, and payroll details are completed accurately and on time.

  • Conduct new hire orientations, introducing employees to company culture, policies, systems, tools, and workflows.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during their initial onboarding period, offering guidance, answering questions, and supporting a smooth transition into the role.

  • Coordinate with managers and training teams to ensure new employees are properly equipped, trained, and positioned for long-term success.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Utilize recruitment and onboarding tools such as RingCentral, Pre-Intent, Hireology, Indeed, Intellicorp, ABS2, and BrightConnect to improve efficiency and organization.

  • Answer office phones with professionalism, representing the agency’s commitment to high-quality service.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized recruitment and onboarding records.

  • Provide insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership to continuously improve recruiting outcomes and operational processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a healthcare or healthcare-adjacent setting.

  • Hands-on experience facilitating onboarding and integrating new staff into the organization.

  • Healthcare experience is essential, with a strong understanding of clinical and non-clinical roles, compliance, and hiring standards.

  • Language skills are essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse candidates, caregivers, and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in recruitment and onboarding platforms and technology tools.

  • Background in sales or inside sales, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with onsite and remote teams.

  • Strong alignment with organizational values and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Timely placement of high-quality candidates aligned with healthcare staffing needs.

  • Smooth, compliant, and well-organized onboarding experiences for new hires.

  • High satisfaction ratings from hiring managers and newly onboarded employees.
