Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a Finance Administration Specialist to support our Clark and Australia teams by preparing finance documents, completing loan applications, entering client data, and managing required paperwork. You will assist with follow-ups, client communication, and customer service inquiries.
What Youll Do:
Working with a team in Clark and Australia
Compilation of Finance Compliance documents required for client appointments. Includes loan applications, summaries, fact finds and loan comparisons
Compilation of Finance documents using aggregator software
Data entry of all client details into our multiple lenders and loan systems
Completion and submission of loan applications/information to lenders
Uploading all client information and relevant paperwork into databases within the timeframes required
General administration duties to be able to assist the finance managers with day-to-day files
Following up of loan applications, valuation reports and mortgage documents to ensure they are completed on time
Calling Australian clients to provide updates and follow up documents and other requirements
Assisting with Customer Service Loan enquiries from clients and liaising with lenders
Assisting with construction processes with lenders
What Were Looking For:
A graduate of any Business-related course
2+ years of experience in similar field
Experience with Home Lending is a MUST
Preferably with some experience speaking directly with Australian clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong independent research ability
