Position Title: Senior Interior Designer

Work Set Up: Onsite / Work from Home

Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a senior, business-driven Interior Designer with experience managing projects independently and working with high-net-worth clients on international projects. The role involves specifying designs, sourcing and manufacturing FF&E, and supporting global designers with solutions, including AI renders. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, understands profit margins, and possesses excellent written and spoken English with superior customer service skills.

What You'll Do:

• Understanding and interpreting our customers' brief for the specification of luxury furniture and lighting, space planning, and coordination with suppliers

• Developing concepts and sourcing FF&E items.

• Ability to pay acute attention to detail when customising items

• Produce quick and accurate shop drawings/plans to demonstrate proposals

• Creating high-quality samples and or mood digital boards, proposals, plans and elevations to demonstrate your layouts, designs and proposals using 2D and 3D programmes, i.e., AutoCAD and Photoshop.

• Ability to produce high-quality 3D renders.

• Some architectural design experience would be helpful.

• Produce precise, detailed schedules on spreadsheets to include all costings and supplier information, enabling other employees is use the sheets internally to fulfil the orders.

• Check specifications, suitability, and requirements in the specific requirements. i.e., fire regulations, weights Etc

• Undertaking administration up to procurement

• Be accountable for profit margins on your projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree preferred

• Accountable, responsible, and highly organised

• Experienced in Apple Numbers spreadsheets

• Proficient in 2D and 3D design programs (AutoCAD, Photoshop)

• Ability to produce high-quality 3D renders

• Strong digital literacy and multitasking ability

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

• Team player with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive with strong common sense and a positive, can-do attitude
