Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
As a Service Delivery Support, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Service Delivery Support will be responsible for monitoring the attendance of the client staff across all accounts performing and requests to cross-functional departments. Lastly, Service Delivery Support will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date, accurate records of all employees on COnnect including timely submission of OM form, ISD ticket and weekly attendance report.
What You'll Do:
Real-time monitoring of client staff daily attendance through the Attendance Management System (HRIS and Time Doctor).
Creates and submits reports for clients on a weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records on COnnect (Client Staff and Client Database).
Timely notification of tardiness and absences with the assigned POC.
Works hand in hand and completes tasks assigned by Service Delivery Management for daily operations.
Conduct audits on the overall attendance of employees and gives insights about tardiness and overtime.
Conduct root cause analysis on salary disputes/discrepancies raised by employees and answer billing-related issues.
Conduct and share weekly TimeDoctor audits, and give required staff productivity reports.
Responsible for sending form requests to ISD and Office Management.
Maintain records on email ticketing system(Streak)
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School degree required
Prior experience in the BPO industry will be a plus
English language skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Good time management and task management skills
Willing to adopt a fast-paced working environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Ability to keep confidential information
Proactive and willing to be trained
Basic computer and technical skills
Able to demonstrate initiative
Attention to detail
Flexibility to support 24 x 5 operations
