Quick Rundown:
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to support our Hawaii based In-Home Healthcare recruitment team. This role will focus on assisting our lead recruiter in identifying and engaging top In-Home healthcare professionals such as RN, LPN, CNA, PCA, HHA, Caregiver and administrative staff for our clients.
What Youll Do:
Help support the posting and managing of job openings for In-Home healthcare roles on job boards and internal systems
Source candidates via job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and In-Home healthcare-specific databases
Conduct initial resume screening based on role-specific qualifications (e.g., certifications, state licensure, experience)
Assist in verifying credentials such as licenses (e.g., RN, BLS, Drivers Abstract) and relevant certifications
Perform background checks, license verifications, and reference checks as required.
Coordinate interviews between Hawaii talent team, hiring managers, and candidates
Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, documentation, and follow-ups
Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Generate candidate reports, recruitment activity trackers, and pipeline updates
Support special In-Home healthcare staffing projects and campaigns
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment support and/or talent sourcing (In-Home healthcare recruitment preferred)
Educational background in administration, sourcing, human resources and clinical knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare roles and basic licensure/certification requirements
Experience and familiarity using software platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Emittr, Notifyd, Teams, Microsoft 365, Google Workplace, etc.) and job boards (e.g., Indeed, Hireology, LinkedIn) is a plus.
A positive attitude, open to new ideas, collaborative, and a warm and caring personality is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Prior experience with U.S and Hawaii healthcare recruitment (nurse staffing, allied health, long-term care, etc.)
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in recruitment communications
