Position Title: Graphic Designer

Quick Rundown:

This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various teams to bring creative concepts to life.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print materials, including social media content, websites, advertisements, brochures, and presentations

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns

  • Create and edit visual assets such as illustrations, infographics, logos, and icons

  • Optimize graphics for various platforms, ensuring high-quality resolution and performance

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices to enhance creative output

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

  • Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools

  • Knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and composition

  • Experience in designing for both digital and print media

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate changes efficiently

  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus

  • Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, or web design is a plus
