Position Title: Senior Recruiter
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting: calls, texts, and emails. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
Conduct regular follow-up with management to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Source and track candidate lists from various recruiting platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English Utilize the Internet for recruitment
This includes posting positions to appropriate Internet sources
research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment
use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
Communicate with employees and field staff regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
Conduct pre screening phone interviews, schedule virtual interviews, and follow up with no-shows/canceled interviews
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Performing reference and employment checks for potential employees
Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters
Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation emails and onboarding documents through Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist in reviewing onboarding documents through (ATS) before Orientation Day
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent English verbal and written skills
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Skills in database management and record keeping
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
Excellent organizational skills
Gather and analyze information skillfully
3- 4 years of recruiting experience is preferred
