Position Title: Senior Recruiter

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: November 2024

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting: calls, texts, and emails. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions

  • Conduct regular follow-up with management to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

  • Source and track candidate lists from various recruiting platforms

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English Utilize the Internet for recruitment
    • This includes posting positions to appropriate Internet sources

    • research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment

    • use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates

  • Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.

  • Communicate with employees and field staff regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads

  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates

  • Conduct pre screening phone interviews, schedule virtual interviews, and follow up with no-shows/canceled interviews

  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Performing reference and employment checks for potential employees

  • Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters

  • Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation emails and onboarding documents through Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Assist in reviewing onboarding documents through (ATS) before Orientation Day


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Excellent English verbal and written skills

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition

  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

  • Skills in database management and record keeping

  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Gather and analyze information skillfully

  • 3- 4 years of recruiting experience is preferred
