Summary:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the Franchise Office. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent through full cycle recruitment.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and completing the hiring process for all new staff

  • Answer office phones with the utmost professionalism, reflecting the agency's commitment to excellence

  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager, Franchise Owners, and office team to develop and execute recruitment strategies

  • Utilize technology tools (e.g., RingCentral, Pre-Intent, Hireology, Indeed, Intellicorp, ABS2, BrightConnect) to streamline business processes and ensure operational efficiency

  • Uphold and embody the agency’s core values in daily interactions, decision-making, and leadership practices

  • Foster a positive and approachable leadership style, promoting a fun, supportive environment

  • Demonstrate passion and service by providing help first, staying humble yet confident, and contributing to the greater good of the organization

  • Uphold core values of honesty, ethics, and integrity, ensuring truthfulness and accountability in all actions

  • Maintain attention to detail and strive for excellence in every aspect of the job


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Proficient in using recruitment technology tools and platforms

  • Background in sales or inside sales, demonstrating strong negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
