Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team, a leading provider of sedan services. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through B2B cold outreach efforts. Your primary goal will be to identify potential business clients and engage them to introduce our sedan services, ultimately driving growth for our company.


Responsibilities: 

  • Cold Outreach: Conduct targeted cold outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate new business leads and opportunities in various industries

  • Lead Research: Identify and research potential clients, including gathering contact information and understanding their business needs

  • Qualify Leads: Assess the viability of leads by asking strategic questions and determining their interest in our sedan services

  • Schedule Appointments: Set up meetings and presentations with qualified leads for the sales team to further discuss our services

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for effective outreach and lead conversion

  • Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged until they are ready to proceed

  • Reporting: Track and report on outreach efforts, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates to measure the effectiveness of strategies


Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and a passion for generating leads and closing deals

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in finding new leads and opportunities

  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple outreach efforts efficiently

  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), email marketing software, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • A focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or cold calling, preferably in the transportation or sedan services industry

  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies
