Quick Rundown: 

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking AI Consultant to help us build smart, automated systems that improve sales performance, streamline reporting, and support surgeon engagement.

In this role, you will design and deliver automation tools that turn complex sales and operations data into clear insights and practical actions. Youll lead development of AI systems that generate coaching feedback for our sales team, create automated reports for executive leadership, and assess team performance based on historical data all powered by tools like OpenAI (for AI language models) and 8n8 (a workflow automation platform). Youll also be responsible for building a simple user interface (UI) so that non-technical teammates can edit AI instructions (prompts) without needing to code.

What You'll Do:

• Build AI-powered systems using OpenAI and orchestrate workflows using 8n8

• Fully lead three core projects:

• Coaching feedback generator for sales reps based on Salesforce

• activity

• Executive report automation using data from Tableau and Salesforce

• Rep performance analysis using historical Salesforce activity data

• Create a UI tool that lets business users edit AI prompts (no coding required)

• Design and launch multiple AI agents (small task-focused tools) that work together to complete complex workflows

• Build pipelines that connect Salesforce and Tableau as key data sources

• Ensure systems are reliable, easy to maintain, and align with business goals

• Work closely with sales leaders, analysts, and technical teams

What Were Looking For:

Required Skills:

• Experience with OpenAI tools and APIs (especially for building AI prompts and interpreting results)

• Experience building task-based AI agents and coordinating them using tools like n8n

• Solid understanding of Salesforce structure and how to access data through APIs

• Familiarity with Tableau data exports and scheduled reporting

• Ability to create a no-code or low-code UI for editing AI prompt logic

• Proven track record of building scalable AI systems from start to finish

• Curious and self-motivated: eager to stay updated with fast-changing AI tools

Preferred (but not required):

• Background in CRM, sales strategy, or operations analytics

• Experience using Python, secure APIs, or data encryption

• Familiarity with real-time workflows or multi-agent AI environments
