Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in sales who can be trained in recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales expertise to attract top talent, engage potential hires, and drive recruitment efforts.


What You'll Do:


  • Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for various roles within the healthcare industry

  • Business Development Approach: Utilize sales strategies to proactively source candidates, build strong talent pipelines, and develop relationships with passive candidates

  • Client & Candidate Engagement: Communicate effectively with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process

  • Market Research: Stay updated on healthcare hiring trends, competitor recruitment strategies, and industry best practices

  • Process Optimization: Implement recruitment best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in hiring

  • CRM & ATS Management: Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and CRM tools, ensuring all interactions and follow-ups are documented

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals



What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales, preferably in a high-volume, target-driven environment

  • Strong ability to sell opportunities to candidates and create interest in available roles

  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to engage with both clients and candidates

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a proactive and self-motivated approach

  • Experience in healthcare staffing or recruitment is a plus but not required (training provided)

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools is an advantage

  • Knowledge of medical terms is a plus
