Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a hands-on approach to designing, developing, and maintaining software applications while managing databases and contributing to WordPress and PHP projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality projects from scratch and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Full Software Development Lifecycle: Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable software applications from the ground up

  • Database Management: Develop, optimize, and maintain databases using SQL, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficiency

  • Report Creation and Management: Generate detailed and dynamic reports using Reporting Services to support business intelligence needs

  • Web Development: Build and customize WordPress websites, plugins, and PHP-based applications to meet business requirements

  • API Development and Integration: Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for seamless functionality across systems

  • User Interface and Experience: Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing front-end interfaces

  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address bottlenecks in applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability

  • Code Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high standards in code quality and security

  • Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and debugging processes to ensure software reliability

  • Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture designs, workflows, and user guides

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical support to junior developers and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies

  • 4+ years of experience with SQL, including advanced database management and query optimization

  • 2+ years of experience with Reporting Services, including report design and deployment

  • Proven experience in developing projects from scratch, demonstrating strong technical and architectural skills

  • Proficiency in SQL, WordPress, and PHP

  • Understanding of web security principles and best practices to safeguard applications

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
