Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Clark office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. They will focus on administrative tasks, team management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
Monitor staff performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback for performance reviews
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff
- Workload Management:
Monitor workload distribution among the teams, identifying potential imbalances and recommending adjustments
Advise MWL directors on resource allocation and staffing needs
- Policy Enforcement:
Coordinate and enforce directives and policies from the London office
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Office Administration:
Manage office supplies and equipment
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
Assist with HR functions as needed
Qualification:
Experience in the design or engineering industry
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Understanding of project management principles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in team management and leadership
Ability to assess and monitor staff performance
Knowledge of office administration procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
