Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize digital advertising operations across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless implementation, execution, and analysis of programmatic ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Publisher Onboarding & Management:
    • Oversee the onboarding of new publishers and manage ongoing relationships to optimize ad placements and revenue opportunities.

  • Google Ad Manager (GAM) & SSP Integration:
    • Oversee the setup and ongoing management of GAM and SSP integrations, ensuring proper alignment such as naming conventions and best practices.

  • SSP Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with SSPs to ensure optimal ad inventory performance.

  • Prebid/Amazon TAM Setup & Maintenance:
    • Implement and optimize Prebid setups, improving performance and revenue through management UI.

  • A/B Testing:
    • Conduct A/B tests to assess and improve ad performance across our ad stack via our management UI.

  • Analytics Reporting:
    • Provide detailed reports on ad performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimizations.

  • Ads.txt Management:
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of ads.txt files across all publisher properties.

  • Campaign Setup:
    • Oversee the entire digital ad campaign setup process, from planning to execution and performance tracking.

  • Process Documentation:
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation of all ad operations processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and ease of training for new team members.



Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital advertising operations, especially programmatic ad technologies

  • Proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM), Amazon TAM, and SSP platforms

  • Understanding of Prebid/TAM and header bidding strategies

  • Strong analytical skills, reporting experience, and optimization expertise

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with video ad monetization

  • Familiarity with in-image ad solutions and exit ads

  • Experience working with editorial teams to optimize ad placements
