Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Caretaker / Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, order, and upkeep of our office facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment for all team members. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, follows instructions well, and works efficiently with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do:
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in office and common areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, pantry areas, and other designated spaces.
Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
Assist in basic maintenance tasks and report any needed repairs or safety hazards to the Facilities team.
Ensure trash bins are emptied regularly and waste is properly disposed of.
Maintain cleanliness of office exteriors, entryways, and surrounding areas.
Assist with room or area setups for meetings, events, or office activities.
Provide support during minor relocations or rearrangement of furniture and equipment.
Follow established cleaning and safety protocols in compliance with health and safety standards.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Office Management team.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities-related roles is an advantage.
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety practices.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
Responsible, honest, and able to maintain confidentiality when needed.
Good time management and the ability to work independently.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
