Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to manage financial transactions, generate reports, and reconcile accounts. You will assist with project management, international product quotes, exchange rate monitoring, and support CSR with order processing and customer tracking.


What Youll Do:

  • Recording transactions such as income and outgoings

  • Posting to various accounts

  • Conducting daily banking activities

  • Producing various financial reports

  • Reconciliation reports to third-party records such as bank statements

  • Maintaining accounts

  • Ability to work on numerous issues concurrently

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative

  • Display professional communication via phone, text, and email

  • Task of project management & international product quotes & price lists Monitoring exchange rates.

  • Assist CSR with order processing & customer requirement / tracking reports


What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in finance, accounting, or similar field

  • knowledgeable in accounting software's such as Xero and QuickBooks

  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)

  • Good time management and task management skills

  • Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to work independently and meticulously

  • Proficiency in MS Office and OneDrive

  • Smart and able to work independently
