Position Title: Lawyer (Real Estate)

Schedule: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Lawyer (Real Estate) will be responsible for handling a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, and trusts.

What You'll Do:

• Advising clients on estate planning, tax implications, and inheritance matters

• Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney

• Managing probate applications and estate administration processes

• Conducting legal research and preparing detailed case reports

• Working closely with executors, trustees, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth case management

• Ensuring compliance with UK private client laws and SRA regulations

• Contributing to business development efforts and client retention strategies

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience handling private client legal matters

• Strong knowledge of UK wills, probate, and trust law

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet billable hour targets

• Membership in STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) is desirable but not essential

• Philippine Bar Examination and admission as Attorney desirable but not essential
