Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Administrator to support operations in Australia. This role involves managing workflows, communicating with clients and staff, handling property contracts, and coordinating with various departments
What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support to the Property Team, ensuring efficient workflow and organization
Communicate professionally with staff, clients, and third-party providers via phone and email
Manage workflows through CRM and email platforms
Assist with property contracts and management agreements
Collaborate with various departments, including Finance and Sales
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
1-2 years of office administration experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with personnel at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and email management
