Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Administrator to support operations in Australia. This role involves managing workflows, communicating with clients and staff, handling property contracts, and coordinating with various departments

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Team, ensuring efficient workflow and organization

  • Communicate professionally with staff, clients, and third-party providers via phone and email

  • Manage workflows through CRM and email platforms

  • Assist with property contracts and management agreements

  • Collaborate with various departments, including Finance and Sales

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 1-2 years of office administration experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with personnel at all levels

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and email management
