Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in the promotional products industry. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and has a passion for sales.



Responsibilities: 


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in various industries who could benefit from our promotional products

  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send emails, and engage on social media platforms to generate interest and qualify leads

  • Qualify Leads: Use targeted questions and conversations to assess potential clients' needs and determine if they are a good fit for our products

  • Scheduling Appointments: Set up meetings between qualified leads and the sales team for further discussions and product demonstrations

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)

  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of leads and support ongoing sales efforts

  • Follow-Up: Nurture relationships with potential clients by providing additional information or answering questions about our promotional product offerings

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential market opportunities to improve outreach efforts



Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and present value propositions

  • Passion for sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals

  • Ability to work independently and stay proactive in finding and pursuing new leads

  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and follow-up with prospects efficiently

  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), email marketing software, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • An understanding of client needs and a desire to provide tailored solutions

  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold calling, preferably in the promotional products industry

  • Familiarity with various types of promotional products and branding techniques
